01Who are the participants?
People who match your audience. We can include recruitment or work with participants provided by your team, and agree on the approach before we start.
02How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. Once we’ve seen the full picture, we’ll share a rough timeline.
03How many people do you test with?
Usually 5 to 8 per round. That’s enough to find most of the big problems.
04Do we get the recordings?
Yes, where participants agree. You also get the findings and the changes we recommend.
05Can you test with our users?
Yes. We can test with your customers, or recruit people who match them.
